equipment.

It requires three properly configured servers & properly configured networking

• Developed & Implemented a HIPAA compliant backup system using AHSAY server
software. Introduced in December it already has over 100 doctors who have signed on
at $99 per month.
• Developed several scripts to tackle common problems I noticed many clients were
having with their Practice Management Software.
Network Engineer
A1 Assets - Longwood, FL - November 2010 to August 2011
• Configuration/troubleshooting of the companies WAN, and VPN, using Untangle
then later on using Cisco Adaptive Security equipment.
• Created a SIP trunk using a Nortel BCM50 for our VoIP phones to reduce our phone
bill by 50%, cutting our bill in half. Also proved I could accomplish it with TrixBox &
CCM.
• Configuration/troubleshooting of Windows 2003/2008 servers. Proper management,
and recovery plan is essential for this duty at the company.
• Helpdesk for our store locations, and headquarters employees. This duty requires
strong troubleshooting/repair skills with desktop computers, laptops, servers, and other
PC hardware.
• Upgraded the headquarters LAN to a gigabit network. This upgrade improved the
production rate of our computer imaging stations by over 1000%, ten times the
previous production rate.
• Division Manager of our dispatch services which provides residential, and
commercial IT services. Launched May 2011. At the moment it is projected to
generate over $500,000 per year.
• Web Developer with responsibilities that include marketing, development of the
company ecommerce sites for our retail computer store locations, and database
management.
• Coded a script that feeds Google with our product listings automatically that has
increased sales by well over 25% when comparing recent previous sales history.
